Just blog it
When blogging came along, everything changed...
Well, not everything (let's not be dramatic about it). But still, quite a lot.
With blogging, gone were the days of having to hire a web designer to put pages up for you.
Here was the time of saying exactly what you wanted, when you wanted. No waiting. No censorship. Nobody standing in your way.
Pure, unadulterated, digital freedom.
Providing the dial-up worked. Let us not get bogged-down with that, though.
Overnight, almost, a revolution was born, and somewhere along the way it became abundantly clear: blogs were a fantastic way for business owners to communicate with their target audience.
Over the last few years, I've blogged about almost everything you can think of, so if you're looking to start a new blog, or get an old blog going, I'm sure I can help. Generally speaking I sell blogs to clients, but over the years I have also maintained and designed blogs, built up readerships and ensured the correct tags were in place to generate traffic. I've run my own blog for years and I can tell you, blogging can be fun. And people love reading it.
Why outsourcing your blogging to me is a wise idea and a sound investment
Running a business can be hard, or at the very least time-consuming, and one of the last things many of us want after a long day at work is to sit down and try to articulate things into a blog. There are lots of other things which make blogging difficult, of course. Not everyone feels confident in their own writing. Sometimes, blogs start off well, but a lack of enthusiasm or restrictions on time means that business owners simply cannot keep a blog going as it should be done. As a result, the blog dies, slowly, with little warning, and when customers click to read it, they often wonder why that is. When this happens, it's a sad day...
I have a very obvious solution: allow me to sort it for you. All my writing work is scheduled-in. When I'm in charge, your blog is going to thrive. This means that when you hire me, blogs are delivered (or updated using Wordpress, for example) on-time, whenever you require them. With blogging, as with many things, consistency is vital. Readers get attached to blogs, and giving them content at a specific time every week or month means that they'll associate good writing with the services or products that you sell. Ace!
Different ways of doing it
Some people like to talk to me over the phone, telling me about what they and their company have been up to, which I then build a blog post from. Others prefer to leave me to blog about trends in the industry, news or other things which their readership want to know about. In either case, leave me to do the writing and we'll get a blog going that'll connect directly with your audience. Although the effect of blogging varies and can sometimes be hard to quantify, over time, they're proven to build trust and peace-of-mind between business and consumer.
